Waventa Digital is seeking a talented and detail-driven UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with developers, marketers, and stakeholders to turn ideas into functional and visually engaging interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for websites, dashboards, and mobile apps
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive flows
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UX strategies with business goals
- Ensure responsive design practices and accessibility standards
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI libraries
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer in an agency or product team
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and usability
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
- Ability to present design concepts and articulate design rationale
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with basic HTML/CSS is a plus
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind
- Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG guidelines
- Prior experience working with developers to implement designs
